Our products and services provide time, GPS, mileage, and time‑off tracking, scheduling, optional face recognition, and mobile apps to manage it all (the “Services”). To deliver the Services, we may collect information about customers and other individuals (“Personal Data”).
When you use the Services or otherwise interact with us, you trust us with your Personal Data. We aim to keep that trust by being transparent about how and why we process (collect, use, store, disclose, transfer and share) Personal Data and by explaining the choices available to you under applicable privacy laws.
If you have questions or need this policy in an alternative format for accessibility, please contact support@emkoder.com or call [Insert phone number].
This Privacy Policy describes our global privacy and information practices for the Services, including our websites (e.g., https://meaxtime.com), applications, marketing activities, physical facilities, and related services. Contact us to learn more about your privacy rights and how we collect and use Personal Data.
Privacy and data‑protection laws in different countries and regions provide certain rights with respect to Personal Data. We endeavor to honor those rights as applicable, including the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. See Section 9 and Section 11 for additional details.

We do not collect Sensitive Personal Data without consent.
Some Personal Data may be required in order to interact with us or use the Services.
You may also submit information that is published or displayed on public areas of our websites or third‑party properties or transmitted to other users ("User Content"). Posting User Content is at your own risk and we are not responsible for what others do with that content.

We may use third‑party services to supplement or validate the accuracy of Personal Data you provide.
